摘要
采用机械共混将氯化聚乙烯 (CPE)与自制的吸水树脂丙烯酸 -丙烯酰胺共聚物 (P(AA- AM) )共混 ,并且以合成的两亲聚合物为共混试样的增容剂实施增容 ,讨论了吸水树脂以及增容剂对共混试样的力学性能和溶胀性能的影响。结果表明简单共混时随吸水树脂量增大 ,共混试样的拉伸强度降低 ,其吸水率增大。CPE- g- PEG的加入改善了试样的力学性能 ,接枝物的量为 6份时 ,拉伸强度最大。添加不同量的接枝物 ,试样的平衡吸水率均增大 ,接枝物的加入 ,改善了共混试样的重复使用情况 。
A series of water swellable elastomers were prepared by blending chlorinated polyethylene with poly (acrytic acid acrylamide), and by adding CPE g PEG to the blends to improve the compatibility of CPE and water absorbent resin. The results indicate that the tensile strength of CPE/P(AA AM) decreases, the equilibrium swelling ratio increases with increasing the amount of water absorbent resin. Adding CPE g PEG to the blends, equilibrium swelling ratio of the blends increases, the mass loss ratio decreases. Adding CPE g PEG can improve the mechanical behavior of blends. But too much grafted copolymer can make the tensile strength of blends worse.
