摘要
研究了低温、pH及盐度变化对中华绒螯蟹 (Eriocheirsinensis)前期幼体变态的影响。结果表明 :( 1 )在相同条件下 ,Z3期幼体对低温 ( 8、 9℃ )的耐受力最强 ,3日龄Z1期幼体次之 ,初孵Z1 期幼体最差。低温能推迟幼体的变态时间。孵幼期 ,水温低于 1 0℃的时间不能超过 1d。 ( 2 )初孵Z1 期幼体的适应pH为 6 0~ 9 1 ,适宜的pH为 7 5~ 8 7。孵幼和育苗初期 ,pH不应超过 9 3。 ( 3) 2 0的盐度降幅有益于将要蜕壳的Z1 期幼体变态。 ( 4 )降温 ( 2 1→ 1 5℃ )、降盐 ( 1 8→ 1 5 )、降 pH ( 8 3→ 6 5 )的协同作用会严重影响Z1
Effects of temperature and salinity on metamorphosis of Chinese mitten-handed crab (\%Eriocheir sinensis\%) were investigated.Under the same condition, Zoea Ⅲ had the strongest tolerance to low temperatues (8,9℃), followed by three-day-old Zoea I, and finally one-day-old Zoea Ⅰ.Development period could be prolonged by low temperature During development of ZoeaⅠ, the larvae were not kept under 10℃ for over 1 day. The adaptive pH value ranged between 6 0 to 9 1 for Zoea Ⅰ, and the optimal pH was 7 5~8 7 Water pH value should not be below 9 3 during Zoea Ⅰ. Decrease in salinity at interval of 2 improved metamorphosis of three-day-old Zoea Ⅰ. A combination of low temperature, salinity decreasing and low pH value seriously affected the metamorphosis rate of Zoea Ⅰ.
