摘要 对无规聚α -烯烃 (APAO)的聚合催化剂的组成及APAO的聚合工艺进行了综述 ,指出工业上生产APAO所用的催化剂主要为负载型Ziegler-Natta催化剂 ,包括主催化剂、助催化剂、内给电子体或外给电子体以及载体 ,生产APAO可采用间歇或连续的淤浆法或溶液法聚合工艺 ,提出了开发适合小型本体聚丙烯工艺的无规聚丙烯 (APP) The catalyst and polymerization technology for amorphous poly- α -olefin (APAO) were reviewed. Most of the commercial APAO catalysts were supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst which contained main catalyst, assistant catalyst, electron donor and support. The intermittent or continuous slurry/solution polymerization method could be used to produce APAO. Suggestions for developing the amorphous polypropylene(APP) technology fit for the reaction conditions of small scale propylene bulk polymerization were proposed.
