摘要
针对文东油田特殊复杂的地层条件,研制出一种由热固性树脂和无机填充增强剂等组成的复合树脂颗粒型油井堵剂。讨论了堵剂含量、温度、pH值等因素对胶凝时间和凝胶强度的影响。该堵剂适用于地层温度在140℃左右油井的非选择性化学堵水,也可以封堵高含水层。现场应用取得了良好的效果。
A kind of combined resin particulate plugging agent comprising thermoset resin and inorganic filler inten-sifier for oil well was developed aiming at special and complex stratum of Wendong Oil Field. The effects of amount of plugging agent, temperature, pH value, etc. , on the gel strength and gelling time were discussed. The plugging agent was suitable to non - selective chemical plug of the oil well at stratum temperature about 140℃ and to high water - bearing reservoir. Field application of the plugging agent obtained good effect.
