摘要
目的 :观察消痰散结方对体外培养的 MKN- 45人胃癌细胞黏附分子 CD44 V6表达的影响 ,初步探讨了消痰散结方抑制胃癌细胞转移的作用环节。方法 :制备消痰散结药物血清 ,体外培养 MKN- 45人胃癌细胞 ,拟消痰散结方药物血清干预培养细胞 ,采用免疫组化 ABC法检测胃癌细胞中 CD44 V6的表达。结果 :中药组胃癌细胞中CD44 V6表达水平明显低于空白对照组。结论 :消痰散结方抑制胃癌细胞转移的环节可能和影响黏附分子的表达 。
Objective:To investigate effect of Xiaotan Sanjie recipe on expression of CD 44 V 6 in gastric carcinomatous cells Methods:Pharmacelltic blood serum of Xiaotan Sanjie recipe was made,and MKN 45 human gastric carcinoma cell was cultured The cultured carcinomatous cell was affected by pharmacelltic blood serum of Xiaotan Sanjie recipe By using ABC immunohistochemical method with anti CD 44 V 6 monoclonal antibody, the expression of CD 44 V 6 in gastric carcinoma cells was studied Results:The expression of CD 44 V6 in gastric carcinoma in Chinese drug group was obviously lower than that in the control group Conclusions:By lowering expression of CD 44 V 6 in gastric carcinomatous cell with Xiaotan Sanjie recipe,the mechanism of adhension of gastric carcinomatous cell was affected
