摘要
方法：将３２０例寻常痤疮患者随机分成围 刺结合耳穴贴压对照组、耳穴贴压对照组及四环素对照组。从３组中各抽取中度患者２０例， 检查其治疗前 后的皮脂溢出率及血清睾酮水平。结果：围刺结合耳 穴贴压组疗效明显优于两个对照组。同时发现围刺结合耳穴贴压疗法可以改善寻常痤疮主要 发病因素中的皮脂溢出状况及血清睾酮水平。结论：围刺结合耳穴贴压 疗法是治疗寻常痤疮的一种行之有效、操作简单、无不良作用的方法，值得推广运用。
Methods Three hundred and twenty cases of a cne vulgaris were randomly divided into 3 groups, group of surround needling com bined with auricular point sticking, auricular point sticking group and tetracyc line group, and the sebacerous secreting rate and serum testosterone level were detected before and after treatment in 20 moderate cases from the 3 groups. Results The therapeutic effect of the group of surround needl ing combined with auricular point sticking was significantly superior to those o f other two groups, and the surround needling combined with auricular point stic king could improve main pathogenetic factors of acne vulgaris, such as sebacerou s secreting state and serum testosterone level. Conclusion Surround needling co mbined with auricular point sticking is an effective and c onvenient method without adverse effect for acne vulgaris.
