摘要
脑内胆碱能系统包括兴奋性神经递质乙酰胆碱及其M型和N型受体。中枢神经系统内乙酰胆碱的含量升高,可引起神经元细胞膜的兴奋性增高,降低惊厥阈值。本文仅就脑内胆碱能系统和某些离子通道的关系,在癫痫发作过程中与其它神经递质的相互影响,以及该系统异常的基因表达如何参与特发性癫痫发作等方面做一综述。
