摘要
大学是科技创新的基地 ,是孕育高科技成果的摇篮。大学科技园的建立 ,为学校科技成果迅速转化为现实生产力提供了一个有效平台。文中从大学科技园的意义出发 ,论述了大学科技园的六大功能和四种模式 ,并提出了大学科技园应实行封闭式管理、开放式运行。
Universities are the important institutions to make innovations and achievements in science and technology. Establishing university hi tech park can provide an effective platform, which would accelerate the transformation of hi tech achievements into realistic productivity. Based on the significance, the paper discusses its six functions and four models,and points out that its operating mechanism ought to put 'closed management' and 'open running' and 'enterprise like operation' into practice.
