摘要
我国加入WTO后,将对我市农业发展带来重大影响。为了抓住机遇,迎接挑战,在对我市有关区县、外贸企业、外经贸委等单位深入调研基础上,提出了扬长避短、把握机遇,需要政府尽快在农业发展战略和决策上做好充分准备的若干建议,供市领导及有关部门决策参考。
Great influences will be brought on t he agricultural development of our c ity after join WTO.In order to seize the opportunity,be ready for the challenge,this paper based on the deep investigations and research of rele vant suburban of our city,foreign tr ade enterprise,commission of foreign trade and economic cooperation,and proposed eight pieces of suggestion maximizing favor-able factors and minimizing unfavorable ones,seizing the opportunity,and making the adequate preparation on the government need i n the agricultural development stra tegy as soon as possible to make policy.For the leaders and other department concerned of our city decision reference.
