摘要 目的准确统计病人实际吸氧时间。方法自行研制氧气表自动累积计时器 ,设置在减压阀与流量表之间。计时器由气路、计时两部分组成 ,气路为球型气阀 ,计时部分由晶体振荡器、分频器、计数器、控制器、显示屏及电源组成。当病人停止吸氧时 ,计时器可自动停止计时 ,吸氧开始即可累积计时。结果最大累积计时数为 99999.9h;经测试 ,累计 1.3h误差 1s,2 3.3h误差 5 s,72 .5 h误差 15 s;分辨力 <0 .1h;对氧气的性质、浓度无改变。结论该计时器设计合理、计时准确。 Objective To manufacture oxygen auto cumulative calculagraph for accurately recording the actual oxygen inhalation volume. Methods The calculagraph was composed of gas circuit and timing set, which were installed between decompression valve and flowmeter. The gas circuit was a ball shaped valve. Timing part was composed of crystal oscillator, freqiency divider, counter, controller, display and power supply. When the patients stopped inhaling oxygen, the calculagraph could stopped timing automatically. Cumulative timing starting when inhaling.Results The maximum cumulative timing was 99999 9 h. By tesing, the error of 1 3 h, 23 3 h and 72 5 h was 1 s, 5 s and 15 s respectively. The nature and concentration of oxygen had no influence on the calculagraph.Conclusion The design of this calculagraph was rational, timing was accurate and operation safe.
