摘要
目的 :用客观指标观察速效救心丸的降血脂、降血粘、改善EKG和心功能的作用。方法 :随机选择符合标准的心绞痛病人。治疗组予速效救心丸 ,6周为1个疗程 ,于治疗前后观察每搏心输出量 (CO) ,每分搏出量(SV) ,射血分数 (EF) ,左室短轴缩短率 (FS) ,血液流变学 ,血脂及Holter测定ST -T改变次数。结果 :治疗组的心功能、血脂、血流变、ST -T改变 ,大部分有统计学意义。结论 :速效救心丸可改善心功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of Suxiao Jiuxin Wan on reducing serum lipids and blood viscosity,and ameliorating EKG and cardiac function with objective indexes. Method: Patients who coincided with the diagnosis standard of angina were chosen at random. Suxiao Jiuxin Wan was given to the therapeutic group and each course had six weeks. The indexes were observed before and after treatment. They were CO, SV, EF, FS, hemorheology, serum lipids, and times of changing of ST-T with Holter. Results: Most of the indexes of the therapeutic group such as cardiac function, serum lipids, hemorheology, changing of ST-T had a statistical significance. Conclusion: Suxiao Jiuxin Wan can improve cardiac function.
