摘要
目的 介绍脾脓肿治疗的新术式 ,避免脾切除术 ,脓肿引流和经皮的穿刺引流 (PCD)在脾脓肿治疗中的缺点。方法 自 1978年至 2 0 0 0年以带蒂大网膜填塞脓腔治疗脾脓肿 5例。结果 5例全部治愈。随访 1～ 12年 ,无后遗症 ,脓肿无复发。结论 孤立性脾脓肿可首选本术式。
Objective To introduce a new operative way for treating splenic abscess. Methods Five cases of splenic abscess were treated by infilling of the pedunculated omentum into the abscess cavity from 1978 to 2000. Results All patients were cured. During a follow up of one to 12 years, no splenic abscess reoccured.Conclusions This procedure can be selected in the treatment of solitary splenic abscess.
