摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜肝脓肿引流术的临床应用价值。方法 采用腹腔镜行肝脓肿引流术。结果 10例获得成功 ,1例中转开腹 ,均痊愈。结论 腹腔镜肝脓肿引流术 ,操作简单 ,手术创伤小 ,腹腔污染轻 ,病人恢复快 ,术后并发症少 ,充分显示了微创外科的优越性 ,是目前最适合普及的治疗肝脓肿的腹腔镜手术。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of drainage of liver abscess uncer laparoscopy.Methods Laparoscopic drainage of liver abscess was made.Results Success was obtained in 10 cases. Laparoscopic operation changed to abdominal incision in one case. All patients recovered.Conclusions Laparoscopic drainage of liver abscess is a simple, less traumatic and effective method with mild abdominal infection and less postoperative complication.
