摘要
结合碳酸钙的成核、生长动力学论述了超重力反应结晶法制备纺锤形碳酸钙过程中主要工艺参数对碳化过程的目标函数之一产品碳酸钙的沉降比体积值的影响 ,并提出必要的控制条件。同时 ,将超重力下合成的纺锤形碳酸钙与传统制备方法制得的纺锤形碳酸钙进行了比较 ,结果表明 。
The spindle shaped calcium carbonate nanoparticles was synthesized in the high gravity reactor. The effects of carbonation parameters on the properties of sedimentation specific volume of the CaCO 3 products were investigated and elucidated by consideration of nucleation and crystal growth kinetics. The key controlling conditions were obtained. The product quality and properties of the CaCO 3 particles synthesized in the high gravity reactor were much better than that of the CaCO 3 particles synthesized in the traditional bubbling stirred tank reactor.
