摘要
本文对两种调速阀的结构、工作原理、特性进行了对比分析 ,得出先减压后节流的调速阀适用于负载变化大、流量较大的液压系统 ,而先节流后减压的调速阀适用于小流量调速的小功率液压系统。
The conventional governor valve has the feature of relieving pressure first and then regulating flow, which results in weak stability when the quantity of flow is tiny. The retrofitted governor valve regulates flow first and relieves pressure second so as to suit for the governing system with low flow rate. This paper comparatively analyzes the structures, operating principles and characteristics of two different governor valves and respectively concludes appropriate conditions from the results.
