摘要
报告了二例蜂窝织性胃炎伴发硬脑膜下血肿。由于无特殊临床表现,可能导致误诊为出血性胰腺炎、肠系膜动脉痉挛,胃、十二指肠溃疡穿孔等。详细地描述了该病的病变,并对其发生机理,预后以及硬脑膜下出血作了讨论。
Two cases of phlegmonous gastritis complicated with subdural hematoma are reported in this paper. Owing to the lack of special clinical picture it may lead to an erroneous diagnosis of hemorrhagic pancreatitis, mesenteric artery occlusion, perforated gastric or duodenal ulcer and so on. The pathologic changes of the disease are described in detail and the pathogenesis, subdural hemorrhage and prognosis are briefly discussed in the article.
