摘要
二十年来复杂系统理论研究在神经网络、生态平衡、人工智能和混沌研究等领域取得了大量的成果 ,一些已经付诸实践。本文将复杂理论的一些研究成果和管理理论与实践结合起来 ,从复杂系统管理、控制与决策的角度探讨了管理中出现的复杂现象和应对这些现象的一些思路 ,并对复杂系统管理方法的应用作了展望。
In the recent 20 years, researches on complex system have made progress in the fields of neural network, artificial intelligence, ecology and so on. Some of the results are put into practice. In this paper, the complex system theory and management theories and practice are combined. In the views of complex system management, control and decision making, complex phenomena in management are discussed, some methods are provided to deal with them and the possible applications of the methods are foresighted
