摘要
建立了炉内金属加热过程的数学模型,并以该模型为实验手段,对冶金企业连续加热炉的自寻最优控制进行了离线仿真.把步进搜索法引入加热炉离散控制系统,模拟了连续加热炉在燃料热值和炉子产量波动的动态工况下自寻最优控制的全过程.研究了系统适时中止和及时触发寻优的条件.
By analyzing heat exchange in reheating furnace, a mathematician model of metal reheating process is established. Taking the model as software desktop, an off-line study on self-seeking-optimize control strategy of reheating furnace is developed. In this paper, the step-ahead seeking algorithm is given in the furnace digital control system. The whole process of self-seeking-optimize control system working under the condition of the product rate and energy contained in the fuel fluctuating is simulated in this study, Based on the model experiment,a deep study of starting optimization in time and pausing the seeking process properly is presented.
