摘要 用攀钢工业V2 O5为原料 ,采用无机溶胶 -凝胶法制备出透明、导电的V2 O5薄膜 ,并实测了电阻率。实验制作的V2 O5薄膜电阻率对温度、湿度比较敏感 ,是一种很好的湿敏材料。薄膜烘干后电阻率减小 ,吸收水分后电阻率又增大。 A transparent,conductive V 2O 5 film is produced with industrial V 2O 5 from PZH Iron & Steel Corp.in an inorganic sol-gel method and its specific resistance is measured.The specific resistance of V 2O 5 films is relatively sensitive to temperature and humidity,which is a good humidity-sensing material.The specific resistivity of the film is reduced after drying and increased while wetting.Electrical resistivity rises with increasing of film thickness.
