摘要
对球铁管渗漏的原因进行分析 ,认为渗漏通道主要来源于夹杂 (渣 )、针孔、裂纹等铸造缺陷。为了提高铸管的成材率 ,应减少铸造缺陷 ,解决管子试压时的渗漏问题。
The leakage reason of ductile iron pipe is analyzed The leakage channels are the casting defects stemming mainly from inclusion (slag), pinhole and fracture etc In order to increase the product rate of cast pipe, the casting defects should be decreased and solving the leakage problem in pressure test of the pipe
