摘要
目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析 2 6例早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗结果。结果 2 6例患者经胃肠减压 ,应用生长抑素 ,肠外营养 ,肾上腺皮质激素等疗法治愈 ,平均治愈时间为 13.5天 ,无一例 2次手术。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻常发生于术后 4～ 7天 ,有其典型的临床特点 ,保守治疗常可治愈。
Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction (EPISBO).Methods The results of 26 cases of EPISBO were analysed.Results 26 cases were all cured through gastroenteral decompression,somatostatin,TNP,dexamethasone and other medication in an average of 13.5 days.There was no reoperation.Conclusion EPISBO oftern occurs in 4～7 days after operation.EPISBO has the typical clinical features.Conservative treatment can cure EPISBO.
