摘要
本文应用核医学方法研究654-2(山茛菪碱)对心肌病、冠心病的疗效问题,结果表明心肌病效果最好,冠心病次之,心肌梗塞较差。并对作用机理进行了初步探讨,提出了给药方法和剂型的改进意见。
<ABSTRACT> Using the method of nuclear medicine, therapeutic effects of 654-2(Ani-sodamine) on cardiomyopathy and coronary artery disease were studied. Theresults showed that therapeutic effects on cardiomyopathy was superior andmyocardial infarction inferior. The mechanism of therapeutic effect was studied and the method for administration and the form of drug. were alsosuggested.
