摘要
采用盐酸萘乙二胺分光光度法测定宁波地区食品蔬菜和土壤中的亚硝酸盐含量。实验结果表明用洗洁精去除亚硝酸盐效果最好,淘米水次之,清水效果甚微,并且样品中亚硝酸盐含量与样品所生长的土壤的亚硝酸盐含量成正比,样品放置天数也与亚硝酸盐含量成正比。
The contents of nitrite in vegetable s and soil in Ningbo was examined.the result shows that nitrite can be better cleansed by liq uid detergent than by than by water.T he content of nitrite in vegeta-bles is positively correlated with t he content of nitrite in soil and the l ength of time that picked vegetables are kept.
