摘要
以白凡士林、液体石蜡、硬脂酸、三乙醇胺、甘油、蒸馏水为基质制备利巴韦林乳膏 ,用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果 :含量测定平均回收率为 99.17% ,RSD为 0 .96 % ( n=5 )。说明本制剂工艺简单 ,以紫外分光光度法测定含量 ,准确。
To develop ribavirin cream and establish a quality control standard.The cream was prepared with white vasline,liquid paraffin,stearic acid,glycercl,triethanolamine,destillatae aquae and was determined by UV spectrophotometry.The average recovery was 99 17%,RSD was 0 96%.The preparation of ribavirin cream was simpie,the UV spectrophotometry for the determination was accurate and rapid.
