摘要
城市垃圾已经成为公害 ,然而要做到垃圾的减量化、无害化和资源化 ,前提条件是实行垃圾分类 .本文采用以系统分析、全过程控制为核心的 三环一点 的思路 。
Urban refuse already became social effects of pollution,the collection of classified refuse is a precondition to make refuse decrease and innocuity and resource.In this paper take refuse classification for studying example in Gulangyu district,brought forward a new thinking on the project-'three rings for one dot',its nucleus are systems analysis and whole process control.
