摘要
提出初步设定气隙磁密 ,逐个计算气隙及电机定、转子各部分的磁位降 ,进而确定磁钢工作点 ,然后根据磁钢工作点确定磁钢尺寸的新的设计方法。以这种方法为核心 ,总结和完善了稀土永磁无刷直流电动机设计及优化程序 ,对样机进行了空载、负载实验 ,对比实验结果与设计数据 。
A new magnet dimension designing method of rare-earth PM brushless DC motor is presented, which is, after the air gap flux density is preliminarily assumed, that the drops of the magnetomotive force of the air gap, stater and rotor are calculated one by one, then the work point of the magnet is defermined, and finally the magnet dimensions are defermined and optimized. An improved and complete computer program of rare-earth PM brushless DC motor is finished. After experiments on one sample motor, the results of the no load and load experiments are compared with the elesigning datas, they are perfectly identical.
