摘要
根据在压缩末期喷雾油束末端的撞壁速度与涡流速度的相对关系 ,建立了喷雾油束、燃烧室形状和涡流强度关系的数学模型 ,计算了某 4气门直喷柴油机随转速变化所要求的最佳涡流比 ;设计了带涡流控制阀的双进气道 ,在稳流气道试验台上对这些气道的涡流比和流量系数随气道入口面积变化的影响进行了试验 ,结果发现 ,在 4气门直喷柴油机中 。
According to the correlativity between the swirl ratio and the speed of spray to wall at the end of the compression stroke,a model was established,which is about the relation of spray,profile of chamber and swirl intensity.The optimum swirl ratio to engine speed in a four valve DI engine is estimated.A two inlet port with a swirl control valve is designed.The influence of the area of inlet port on swirl ratio and flow coefficient is investigated on steady flow rig.Experimental results showed that the swirl ratio on a four valve DI engine can be adjusted through the control of swirl control valve.
