2型糖尿病病人肿瘤坏死因子水平变化与胰岛素抵抗的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between tumor necrosis factor-α and insulin resistance in patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的 研究 2型糖尿病病人血清肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)水平变化及与胰岛素抵抗 (IR)的关系。方法 采用氧化酶法、放免法和酶联免疫法分别测定 3 8例 2型糖尿病病人 (A组 )、2 1例正常健康人 (B组 )的空腹血糖 (FBG)、空腹胰岛素 (FINS)及血清TNF α值 ,并计算胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)。结果 A组FBG、FINS、TNF α水平较B组显著增高 ,而ISI较B组显著降低。结论  2型糖尿病病人TNF α水平增高 ,且与胰岛素抵抗相关 ,可能参与 Objective To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the relationship between TNF α and insulin resistance(IR).Methods 38 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus(group A),21 healthy persons without type 2 diabetes mellitus(group B) were selected to compare fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting blood insulin(FINS) and serum TNF α by oxidase method,RIA and ELISA.Insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was also calculated.Results Analysis of variance revealed that FBG,FINS,TNF α were significantly higher while ISI lower in group A than those in group B.Conclusion In type 2 diabetes mellitus the level of TNF α increased and it was negatively correlated to ISI,which plays an important role in the development of the disease.
