摘要
本文从农民收入连续四年增速回落的反思中认为 ,农业问题还必须从农业内部寻找解决问题的方案 ,增收回落的根本原因在于大量的农村剩余劳动力滞留在农村 ,增加了农业生产成本 ,降低了农业生产效率。要从根本上解决问题 ,就必须走乡村城镇化的道路 ,以农业产业化促进乡村城镇化 ,消化农村剩余劳动力。
By reviewing the four-year reduction of the farmers' income , this article points out that the answer to settling the agricultural problem depends on the agriculture itself. The fundamental reason lies in the great number of redundant farmers who remain staying in the countryside, which increases the farming's productive cost and decreases the farming's productive efficiency. To solve this problem radically, the method that turning the countryside into township must be taken , that is , to facilitate the process of this turning by means of agricultural industrialization so as to digest the rural redundant labour forces.
