摘要
本文认为技术的扩散作为一种会导致社会的每一层面都发生变化而具有广泛关涉性的社会现象 ,影响其进程的就不仅仅有经济上的因素 ,还有来自社会政治、文化传统、地理环境和技术体系自身等多方面的限制。技术扩散问题需要在对技术体系及其与经济、政治。
The diffusion of technology is a kind of social phenomenon which leads to change in every aspect of society and has widespread relationship Factors affecting this process not only come from economy,but also come from social politics,cultural tradition,geographical conditions,technological system itself and so on Only by deeply understanding technological system and understanding the relationship between technological and social system(including economy,politics,culture,etc )can we grasp the problem of technological diffusion all-sidedly
