摘要
本文研究了混合氯化稀土与NaY沸石在水溶液中的离子交换平衡和动力学,测定了140～240℃之间的等温线和交换反应速度;并考察了交换后冷却过程中已交换离子的逆向移动情况,以及交换温度对沸石结构的影响。得出了有利于水热交换的温度条件,以及有关热力学和动力学参数。
The equilibrium and kinetics of ion exchange reaction of NaY zeolite with RECl_3 solution were studied. The isotherms and kinetic data were measured between 140℃ and 240℃. The inverse shift during cocling and the influence of ion exchange temperature on zeolite structure were also observed. Some thermodynamic and kinetic parameters were obtained. The preferred temperature range for the ion exchange system investigeted was 180～220℃.
