摘要
对钻头在钻进过程中的受力分析是准确预测钻头轨迹的基础。本文利用通用的有限元商品软件,对真实钻井过程中的下部钻具组合进行动态分析,得出了影响钻头轨迹的钻头三向力(钻压、井斜侧向力,方位侧向力)的动态响应,并着重研究了钻压波动产生的动态特性,从而得出各钻井参数对钻头轨迹的影响,便于对钻头轨迹的控制.
The mechanical analysis of the bit in the process of drilling is the bas- is of bit trajectory prediction. This paper uses the general finite element m- ethod software to analyse the dynamic response of bottom-hole assembly and the results of three forces(WOB, inclinational side-force and azimuth side- force)in the drilling process. The dynamic characteristics of fluctuation of WOB, and the effects of various parameters on the bit trajectory are discus- sed.
