摘要
研究了石化企业地震次生火灾起火概率与可燃物危险性分类级别和设备地震破坏级别之间的关系,提出了石化企业地震次生火灾起火概率的计算方法,并对国内某石化厂厂区的地震次生大灾源进行了危险性分析,评估了在未来可能发生的地震灾害中地震次生火灾的危险性。同时,提出了防止和减轻地震次生火灾的时策。
Based on study of the earthquake-induced fire probability, hazard ranks of facilities and flammable materials, and the relationship among them, a method to evaluate the earthquake-induced fire probability for petrochemical enterprises is proposed. Taking a petrochemical complex at home as an example, this paper analyzes the fire sources, assesses the fire risk, and puts forward the countermeasures for earthquake-induced fire prevention and mitigation.
