摘要
目的 分析深圳市实施DOTS策略以来 ,各相关因素对实施效果的影响程度 ,为结核病控制的可持续发展提供技术依据。方法 将各种措施量化后与效果进行典型相关分析。结果 在DOTS策略的各种措施中 ,政府年人均拨款对实施效果影响最大 ,其次为归口管理转诊率和每 3万人口督导点数。结论 重视政府行为 ,加大财政力度 。
Objective To analyze the influence of various factors on strategy of DOTS in the tuberculosis control.Methods Using Canonical Correlation Analysis to study the impact of various factors on case-finding and treatment.Results Of all the factors of DOTS strategy,the average of appropriate mo- ney is the factor wich has the largest influence on implement,followed by other two factors,the transfering rate of convergence case-management and average points of supervise network.Conclusion Paying great attention to the action of government in tuberculosis control is very important.
