摘要
针对长期以来使用衬套泵形成的一些传统观念和习惯不利于发挥整筒泵优势的情况,分析了影响抽油泵综合经济效益的各种因素,指出:过于强调漏失量尽可能小和流道面积尽可能大的意义不大,而加大冲程长度和实现超冲程是提高泵效、增加油井产量的重要途径。
In the light of the situation that the advantages of monoblock-barrel subsurface pumps arc not brought into full play because of some conventional views based on habitual use of pumps with sectional liners, the authors analyze the various factors affecting the cconomics and effectiveness of subsurface pumps, and indicate that there is no point in putting, undue stress on minimizing the leakage and-increasing the flow area, while increasing the stroke length can lead to higher pump efficiency and higher production.
