摘要
在常温下,采用不对称交流—直流电槽外封闭式流镀镀铁工艺修复和强化深孔类零件是可行的。对镀铁工件的理化检测表明,镀层均匀,厚度可达0.6mm,镀层的耐磨性和结合强度较好,表面硬度达642~724HV_(0.02)。采用深孔珩磨镀或尺寸精密镀,工件镀后可直接使用。
Under normal temperature, it is feasible-to repair the long bore of a component part by out-of-tank circulating iron plating method with dissymetric AC process followed by DC process. Physical and chemical tests show that the plated layer, with up to 0.6ram thickness and 642-724 HV_(0.02) surface hardness, is homogeneous and possesses high wear-resistance and bond-strength. The plated workpiece may be put into use directly if honing plating or precise plating is carried into practice.
