摘要
从世界经济发展动向出发 ,讨论西部大开发所面临的历史机遇和挑战。在这个历史的关键时刻 ,西部制造业不应该采取东西部技术梯度转移的策略 ,防止急功近利、好大喜功。发展制造业必须在人口、环境、资源等宏观经济和社会系统中加以综合考虑。重点讨论了西部制造业的产品创新战略和实现跨越式发展的可能性 ,提出实现可持续发展经济 ,必须教育先行的观点。
After China becomes a member of WTO, Chinese manufacturing industry faced challenges and chances on product innovation and development. China maybe become a global manufacturing base due to the huge domestic market and lower production cost. How can China from global manufacturing factory transform to a strong economic nation-a long way to go for product innovation. Innovative product is as an engine of economic development. The processes and characteristics of product innovation and its management are discussed. Product innovation services as a new world wide business are introduced. At the end,education advancement for innovation is considered.
