摘要
介绍了电磁超声产生的机理及其测厚原理 ,并提出了用于铁磁材料测厚且简单方便的电磁超声激发和接受的方法 ,同时很好的解决了实际应用中存在的关键技术 :磁场与线圈匝数之间的关系、高压窄脉冲、高速采样等 .采集并分析了电磁超声在钢板内的回波信号 ,给出基于 MCS- 5 1单片机的电磁超声测厚系统的设计框图 .在此基础上 ,成功地研制了适用于钢板、管材的电磁超声测厚仪 .通过对标准试块的实测结果表明 ,电磁超声测厚精度达到 0 .5 % .
Introduces the working and thickness measurement principle of electromagnetic ultrasound and presents a simple and easy technique to induce and receive the electromagnetic ultrasound from the magnetic material. At the same time, it solves magnificently a practical problem: the relation between magnetic field and coil turn, high\|tension narrow pulse, high\|speed sampling. The echoes of electromagnetic ultrasound in the interior of a steel plate were sampled and analyzed. The scheme of the thickness measurement system is supplied on a single\|chip microprocessor MCS\|51, based on which, the thickness gauge for application to the steel plate and steel tube was developed successfully by the authors. Use of this thickness gauge to measure some standard test samples, indicated that the precision of the thickness gauge was \{0.5%.\}
