微波溶样技术是近年来产生的一种崭新的极有前途的溶样技术 .本文采用微波消解溶样 ,利用原子吸收法对新疆食用杏脯中某些微量元素含量进行测定 ,进行了消化条件及消化结果的准确度、精密度等试验 .结果表明高压微波消化法具有消解完全。
Microwave digestion is a new digestion method. We measured the elements in preserved fruit of Xinjiang apricot by microwave digestion AAS. The selection of digestion conditions was described. The results show that the samples were completely digested. The microwave digestion method is simple, rapid and safe. The accuracy and recovery for trace element anaysis are satisfactory.
