摘要
目的 探讨微量元素对糖尿病 (DM)大鼠动脉形态的影响。方法 链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导动物模型 ,经胃灌注微量元素后动脉切片染色观察形态改变。结果 微量元素钒、铬、硒能显著减轻DM大鼠动脉损害。
Objective To explore the effect of microelectronics in arterial morphology in DM rat. Methods Arterial morphology were observed in DM rats model induced by STZ after administrated microelectronics though mouth.Results Microelectronics could relieve harm on artery of rat remarkably. Conclusion Microelectronics could prevent the macroangiopathy in DM rat.
