摘要
目的 探讨指端Ersahy—B、C平面以远挫灭伤指甲再生的理想方法。方法 设计了指端背侧逆推进皮瓣 ,使甲近侧皱襞向近心端推移 ,甲根大部分裸露扩大甲床 ,甲近侧皱襞下仍保留1 0mm～ 1 5mm的甲根。选择性应用指腹V—Y推进皮瓣或对侧腋下带蒂皮瓣覆盖伤指残端创面。结果 应用本术式治疗Ersahy B、C平面以远挫灭离断伤 2 6例 ,随访 1～ 3年 ,优 :16例 ,良 :5例 ,可∶3例 ,差∶2例 ,优良率 80 7%。结论 该术式具有操作简便 。
Objective To explore the possibility of fingernails regeneration after finger injuried on Ersahy B,C plan.Methods Rectangular flaps of reversely pushed were designed to push the proximal plica of nail to heart.And mostly nail root baring so that rebuilding the bed of nail.Under the proximal plica of nail,about 1 0mm～1 5mm length root of finernail can be holded.Then using the end of finger V-Y pushed flap or opposite subaxillary pedicel flap to cover the injuried finger.Results In this group,there were total 26 patients that were used this operation.The postopertive following up period was 1～3 years,excellent:16 case,fine:5 case,fairish:3 case,of a sort:2case.Conclusion The operation is simple and can mostly restore the function of fingernail.
