摘要
本文利用自建的一套连续式装置进行了三种有机废液 (主要的有机污染物成份分别是丁醇、富马酸和丙烯腈 )的超临界水氧化研究。在高于水的临界点的温度和压力 ( 673~ 873K,2 5~35 MPa)下 ,用氧气作为氧化剂分别对上述三种有机废液进行氧化处理。在实验条件下 ,溶液中有机物的去除动力学对有机物是一级 ,对氧气是零级。
Supercritical water oxidation was studied for organic wastewater mainly containing butyl alcohol, acrylonitrile, fumaric acid by a continuous self-built device. At the critical temperature(673-873K) and critical pressure(28-35MPa), the above three organic wastewater were oxidated with oxygen gase as oxidant. Under the conditions of experiment, the removal dynamics of organics in solution is one class against orgainics and zere class against oxygen gase. Pressure and temperature are the constant obviously affecting the rate.
