摘要
随着我国经济体制改革的发展 ,供热系统计量收费势在必行 ,热量表是实施城市供热体制改革 ,推行按热量计量收费的关键设备。着重介绍了热量计量的原理、热量表的基本结构、主要组成部分及其技术要求。提出为使计量收费公平合理 ,必须采用高质量、高水准的热量表。
With the development of our economic system reform the meterage of heating system is imperative. The calorimeter is the key equipment to carry out the meterage of calorie and to implement the reform of heating system. In this paper the principle of calorific measurement, the basic structure and main part of the measuring table and technical requirement are introduced. In order to ensure the impartiality of the meterage the high quality and standard calorimeter must be used.
