摘要 用热分析法研究了脂肪酸酯加氢制脂肪醇时铜-锌体系催化剂的还原性质。结果表明,催化剂的还原性质与其制备方法有关,不同制备方法的催化剂,选用的还原条件应有所差别。并结合CO化学吸附法,研究了还原温度对催化剂活性铜结构变化的影响。结果表明,不适当地选择还原温度,将使高度分散的活性铜转变为晶体铜,导致催化剂活性下降。 Reduction properties of copper-zinc catalyst employed in the manufacture of fatty alcohol from hydrogenation of fatty acid ester was studied by thermal analysis and CO chemisorption. The results show that the reduction behaviour of the catalyst is related to the preparation method. The operation temperature in reduction process significantly affects the copper dispersivity. Improper reduction temperature causes transformation of highly dispersed species into crystallites and could decrease the catalyst activity.
