摘要
目的 :观察全身伽玛刀治疗原发性肺癌的近期疗效。方法 :78例原发性肺癌接受伽玛刀治疗 ,用 5 0 %～ 70 %的等剂量曲线包绕肿瘤边缘 ,并外扩 10～ 15mm ,周边剂量 5 0 0～ 10 0 0cGy ,总剂量 36 0 0～ 4 2 0 0cGy,分 8～ 4次 ,隔日治疗。结果 :1～ 3个月后复查 ,最长达 6个月 ,78例获得随访 ,其中 6 2例获得影像学复查。肿块消失率 2 3 3% ,局部控制率 95 1% ,症状缓解率 90 9%。结论 :全身伽玛刀为原发性肺癌患者提供一种安全。
Objective:To observe the recent curative effect of OUR-QGD Gamma knife for lung cancer.Methods:78 patients with lung cancer were treated by OUR-QGD Gamma knife.Each tumor was given a 50%-70% isodose curve coverage target and 500-1000cGy peripheral dosage each time,respectively.Each patient was given 3600-4200 cGy in total.Results:All cases were followed up between one to three months,62 cases were re-examined with image logic.The ratio of tumor disappeared came up to 23 3% and regional control was 95 1%,the improvement rate of symptoms and signs was 90 9%.Conclusion:OUR-QGD Gamma knife was a safe and effective method for treating patients with lung cancer.
