摘要
采用自体肺移植治疗中心型肺癌 2例 ,对患者制定完善的护理计划 ,术前呼吸锻炼 ;术后吸氧、助咳、排痰、保持呼吸道通畅是护理的重点 ;胸腔闭式引流管的护理 ,保证引流管通畅和防治感染是护理最重要的工作环节 ;加强营养对促进组织愈合起积极作用 ;重视心理护理则有利于患者的恢复。
patients with self-body transplant to treat central pulmonary carcinoma were nursed via complete nursing planning, respiratory exercise before operation, postoperative oxygen inhalation, assistance of cough, sputum evacuation, and keeping respiratory tract unabstructed after operation. The most important in nursing was to keep the catheter unobstructed and prevent and treat the infection. The enhancement in nutrition played an important part in accelerating the healing of tissues. More attention to the psychological nursing was paid to help the patients' rehabilitation.
