摘要
用多级串联釜模型和流出分率叠加的方法,给出最佳补加催化剂周期的计算式和数表。对于一个反应系统,测出RTD曲线,算出平均停留时间和当量的釜数之后,按照工艺允许的催化剂起伏波动的需求,即可算出最佳补加周期。计算结果与文献实例符合甚好。
In the continuous processes of homogeneous or pseudo-homogeneous catalytic reactions, because of the partial loss caused by catalyst entrainment in the reaction effluent, fresh catalyst must be re-added at definite intervals to assure steady reaction. The optimum period for catalyst re-addition is the longest interval permitted for this purpose. In this paper, the multi-stage reactor model and the method of repeated addition of successive effluent fractions are used to obtain a calculating formula and a numerical table. The optimum period can then be obtained, in accordance with the specific range within which the catalyst concentration is allowed to vary, by plotting the RTD curve and calculating the mean residence time and the equtivalent number of reactors. The calculated results conform to those in the literature.
