摘要
基于可靠性的极限状态设计方法是油气管道工程设计的发展趋势,已为国际上先进的管道工业标准所采用。本文阐述了可靠性的极限状态设计方法的基本理论与概念。包括载荷条件和极限状态、概率性设计方法、分项安全系数校正、参数不确定性、安全类别和目标安全水平。最后指出我国的管道工业,应该采用这一新的设计方法,降低管道工程造价。
The reliability-based limit-state design method has been showed to be a development tendency in oil & gas pipeline engineering. It is adopted by international advanced pipeline standards. The method provides specific design criteria in terms of the failure modes related to the different project plans. It gives designer flexibility and makes pipeline design less conservative,whereas the safety level is not reduced. This paper discussed the basic concepts and theories of reliability-based limit-state in pipeline design. It contains load conditions and limit states,probabilistic approach, calibration of partial safety factors,parameter uncertainty,safety class,target safety standards. Finally,it is pointed out that pipeline industry in China should apply this new method and reduce engineering cost in pipeline construction.
