摘要
报道了聚苯乙烯辐射接枝纳米二氧化硅微粒 (Si O2 - g- PS)填充聚丙烯 (PP)的增强增韧作用 ,并从界面效应和逾渗行为的角度对此类复合材料的力学行为进行了分析。结果表明 ,接枝纳米微粒填充入聚合物时所形成的微粒 /聚合物复合颗粒可以整体发挥协同作用 ,带来较强的界面效应 ,并有可能导致双逾渗行为 。
The tensile strength and the area under the tensile stress- strain curve of irradiation graft- ed and nano- silica filled polypropylene are studied to understand the interfacialeffectsand the percola- tion behavior induced by the nanoparticles.It is found that the nanoparticle agglomerates has a mi- crostructure consisting of nanoparticles and grafted polymer after irradiation grafting polymerization, and thus a strong interfacial interaction can be established easily between the nanoparticles and ma- trix. In addition,an effectof doublepercolation of stressvolumes,which mightbe responsible forthe improvementof the tensile properties of the nanocomposites,is discussed in detail.
