摘要
提出了面向业务流程建设信息系统的观点,指出面向业务流程和流程创新已成为现代企业MIS建设的重要原则。分析了发电企业设备管理的流程特性,并介绍了一个基于流程的设备管理信息系统的基本功能及其运行平台。
This paper provides the viewpoint of developing business process -oriented MIS,analyzes equipment management processes in power stations,and introduces an Maintenance Information System based-on business process.It is considered as important principles to develop MIS based on business processes.
